and venue of the state and federal courts in the State of New Jersey, U.S.A. in
all disputes arising out of, or relating to the use of the VIS USA Web Site.
Use of the VIS USA Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does
not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including
without limitation this paragraph. You agree that regardless of any statute or
law to the contrary, no claim or cause of action arising out of or related to
the use of VIS USA's Web Site, Content or these terms and conditions may be
brought more than one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises. If any term, condition or provision in this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such invalid term, condition or provision will be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any and all previous agreements, understandings and communications, whether written or oral, between VIS USA and you. This agreement may only be amended or otherwise modified by a written instrument executed by an authorized representative of VIS USA.
